Ride Every Wave

Ride Every Wave

Hi! I’m Dr. Anna Redmond. If you’re reading this, I hope it’s because you’ve benefitted from my education this past year.

I’m a chronic pain educator and trained clinical psychologist. I have over a decade of experience working with patients suffering from long-standing pain and the physical impact of stress on their bodies. I’ve transitioned away from the conventional model of practice to gain some flexibility for me and my family and to expand my educational reach.

I’m an action-oriented self-improver just like you. I thrive on the excitement of a busy life, the down time I need to balance it out, and gratitude for the small moments. In fact, it was those small pockets of sunshine in 2020, that pulled me in, forced me to be present, and to stand strong on my own two feet. I’m grateful for the everyday moments of healing that ultimately brought me here to connect with you.

I think you’ll find that my blog is a reflection of who I am at my core:

  • a pragmatist

  • a professional over-thinker

  • a planner with a need for routine and a passion for organizing the chaos

  • an imperfect, but deeply loyal, mother and wife

  • a general work in progress

I’m also someone who believes that every woman in chronic pain deserves a certain amount of education on pain. What a ride this has been! Finding that mission and putting it out into the world!

I remember pressing the button that launched this business back in April... I could barely breathe - what would become of it?

I had spent a decade wondering what I would do with all of my ideas.

Then I spent all of 2020 shaping those ideas to match my values.

In 2021 I worked with the amazing @dralyssaadams, who opened my eyes to the ways in which I could share what I was passionate about - getting chronic pain education out to those who needed to hear it.

In 2022 I took the leap - completing my website, a newsletter, a weekly journal, a free webinar, and launching my first digital course.

Here's what I learned. I learned that there is never a perfect moment. Don't wait for that perfect wave to get on that surfboard. Try every wave and give yourself as many opportunities as you can to grow. Just do the thing, see what happens, learn from what doesn't work, and celebrate what does. I’ve done that over and over this year and it has been a year of intense growth, acceptance, adaptation, and true fulfillment.

Thank you so much for supporting me as I have started to grow this business, with a mission to help women design a life that is bigger than their pain. I’ve spent the last few years finding my values, balance, purpose, and acceptance for what the present moment is giving me. I hope that comes through in my education, as I want nothing more for all of you.

Don’t let those new year resolutions pressure you into pushing yourself too far into a negative pain cycle...

But if you find that you need help with balance, I hope you’ll take advantage of this holiday discount off my digital course. The doors to this opportunity close soon, so make sure to grab your seat. For a discounted price, click here.

I hope you have a gentle transition into 2023. See you there!
